Meet Linnard
He Understands!
Linnard K. Harris, Sr., is a native of Richmond, VA. He is the husband of Teresina Goodman-Harris. He is a proud father of his adult children. He graduated from John F. Kennedy High School where he played football, basketball, and ran track. Linnard later joined the Army. After the Army, he continued serving the public by working as a Police Officer in Spotsylvania County. He also worked various jobs in a supervisory capacity as well as owned several businesses. Linnard is currently a Disabled Veteran and a Substitute Teacher.
Linnard is running for the Virginia House of Delegates. He desires to be a part of the fight to help bridge the gap by keeping his focus on you and your needs. He has always been very passionate about using his life experiences to help others. As a Substitute Teacher, Disabled Veteran, Former Police Officer, and Entrepreneur, he understands the need for change. Linnard is asking for your vote in November 2021 because he understands, and he would like to be your voice.
