Education
Working in the educational field, Linnard has seen the need for change and would like to introduce programs that would enhance the curriculum from Pre-K to High School, put a disciplinary plan in place to help students with behavioral challenges, aid those with disabilities, and stop kids from being passed to the next level of education though they are not progressing academically.
Tax Reform
Linnard will introduce a plan to protect the middle class.
Healthcare Reform
Linnard will fight for affordable healthcare, and he will also fight to get to the root cause of mental health by working with health care professionals as well as the public.
Disabled Veterans
As a Disabled Veteran, Linnard will be engaged in the timeliness of Disabled Veterans receiving their benefits.
Better Pay for Teachers & Police Officers
Linnard will fight for better pay for Teachers and Police Officers.
Resources for the homeless
Linnard will introduce a plan to make more resources available for the homeless.
Gun Rights
As a former Police Officer, Linnard agrees that individuals should have the right to bear arms with the exception of assault weapons. He feels they should be banned from public use.
